This editorial policy sets out what has to be true before a birthday wish, quote, translation or calculator is published on SoShareIT, who is accountable for it, and how mistakes are corrected. It applies to every page on the site.
Who is responsible
SoShareIT was founded by Lê Thanh Sang, who sets the editorial direction and is accountable for what is published. His background is set out on his author page: about Le Thanh Sang, including his public profiles. Pages written by someone else are credited to the editorial team rather than carrying a founder’s name.
Birthday wishes and messages
- Original wording. Wishes are written for SoShareIT in natural American English. They are not copied from other websites, cards or books.
- Read before publishing. Each page is read through for tone, spelling and fit for the person it addresses, such as a parent, a coworker or a child. Jokes stay good-natured and avoid mocking age, weight or health.
- Suitable for everyone. Messages for a specific relationship are written so they can be sent as they are, without needing to be edited first.
Quotes
A quote is shown only with the name of the person who said or wrote it. If the original speaker cannot be confirmed, the line is published as an anonymous saying or left out. Quotes are never attributed to a famous name just because that makes them look more authoritative.
Other languages
Pages that show “happy birthday” in other languages use phrases that are checked against native-language references, with the language named on the page. When a phrase has more than one form, such as formal and informal address, the page says which is which. A reader who sees a phrase that sounds wrong is asked to write in through the contact page.
Numbers, formulas and tools
A value goes on a page only when it comes from the body that defines it.

Where a result should not be acted on alone, such as electrical sizing, the page says to confirm it with a qualified person. A calculator cannot know your wiring, your jurisdiction or the exception that applies to your case.
Images
Images are published only when SoShareIT has the right to use them. Every image has a text description. If you own an image shown here and want it credited or removed, use the contact us page and the request will be reviewed.
Corrections and updates
Errors are fixed on the page where they appeared. Pages are not deleted to hide a mistake, and the “updated” date changes only when the content has genuinely changed.
Independence
Nobody pays for a wish, a page or a tool to be added, and there is no sponsored content. A product is named only when the page is about it, and a mention is not an endorsement. How visitor data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
